Fees and conditions

The registration fee includes all teaching, resource materials, access to IIH facilities, and extra‑curricular activities. Lunch, tea, and coffee breaks are included. Accommodation, living expenses, and travel are not included.

For early registration (payment received by 31 March, 23:59 IST), the fee is 200 EUR (150 EUR for members of ICOM). From 1 April onwards, the regular fee of 250 EUR applies.

Expectations for participation

CIDOC Training modules are offered at different levels (100, 200, 300), reflecting the depth and complexity of the material. Introductory modules have no prerequisites, and participants do not need to be members of CIDOC.

Food and drink are generally not permitted in teaching spaces or in museum areas, in accordance with host‑institution policies.

At the end of each module, participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on both the teaching and the course materials. This helps us continue to improve the programme.

Cancellation and refund policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received by 12 April 2026 (23:59 IST), the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 25 EUR. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost.

CIDOC Training reserves the right to cancel the event, in whole or in part, or to refuse any registration, due to force majeure or other circumstances that make the event non‑viable. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be informed immediately and will receive a full refund of their registration payment. Further claims or liabilities are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
